I’ve been coming to Metroplex for the past year and I have nothing but good things to say. Their service center is quick in an out. I was also able to get a coupon for an oil change that I didn’t know about by using chat to speak with someone from the service department before coming in. Five stars!!!!

Alreda treats me like family each and every time I bring in my Sequoia. I’ve had no issues other than just routine service and oil changes. The service drives gets me in and out in no time and Alreda is so funny. Thanks for a job well done at Metroplex Toyota!

I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for when I contacted Metroplex Toyota but Al Moten was very laid back and no pressure. Al let me look around, kick a few tires and make my own mind up about what I wanted. Short and Sweet once I made that decision and I appreciated that. My time is valuable. Metroplex Toyota is a great place and the sales guys are real realxed and easy going.

I was real pleased with how I was treated at Metroplex Toyota in Dallas, TX. Even my credit ain’t the best in the world and I’ve had some issues in the past, Mark worked really hard with me to get me in a new car. I feel like I got a fresh start at Metroplex Toyota and I’m going to work real hard. Thank you for helping me when no one else would. I also apreciate how I wasn’t treated like an another number, I was treated real nice and that means alot when your trying to get back on my feet.

I gotta say, my car buying experience was pretty smooth. Kirby is an old car guy that knows his stuff and I appreicate that. Kirby worked to keep my payments right where I wanted them and didn’t give me the run around. I’m completely happy with my purchase and my wife is already trying to say the new car is hers! Natalie was so awesome! I pretty much handled my entire transaction online. All but test driving and picking up my keys. Natalie was so great to work with. It means alot as I was buying for my daughter and she was so excited. Natalie tookt he time to explaion things we didn’t know to ask about.
